Whats the Best Way to Lose Weight?

A few questions asked by many people

"Whats the best way to lose weight?"

"How can I lose stomach fat?"

"Why aren't I losing weight?"

Lets begin

"Whats the Best Way to Lose Weight?"

Its stressful & mind boggling, but it doesn't have to be!

It's a very commonly asked question. What is the best way to lose weight?

1. Discover/calculate your calorie intake.

2. Put yourself in a calorie deficit of no more than 500 calories.

3. Hit that number every single day by eating whatever food you want (honestly)

4. Work your arse off on a consistent basis.

Sounds simple. But so does everything when you really break it down. The hard part is putting it into action.

In just 4 steps you could change your entire appearance, health, and wellbeing.

What are you waiting for? Calculate them calories!! Fact - I am eating a snickers as I write this, because it fits my calories!

"How can I lose Stomach Fat?"

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but naturally reducing adipose tissue (fat) in a single area is physically impossible. Hours on the treadmill isn't going to work and neither will the below.

You could work on your core 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, heck 365 days a year! It will not reduce stomach fat, plain and simple.

"Why?" you ask?

Well fat loss primarily comes down to calories in vs calories out. You need to ensure you're feeding your body a sufficient amount of calories which will in turn, allow your body to 'shed' any excess body fat.

If you're looking to get them toned abs, work on your core AND your diet. Make sure you're eating enough to allow weight loss, but not too much. Find your caloric sweet spot and own it.

Why aren't I losing Weight?

This could be for a VAST number of reasons!

1. You're overeating (Plain and simple)

2. You're under eating (Simple and Plain).

3. You're stressed out (Cortisol levels too high. Try to actively de-stress yourself)

4. You're getting less than 6-8 hours of sleep a night.

5. You're highly under active, in turn placing your calorie requirements at an extremely low level.

This list could go on & on, but these are the TOP 5.

Now you could make excuses and say "I work too much", "I'm too tired", "I lead a stressful job", "I don't have the time to prep my food or workout" - I've heard them all. But everyone has time (unless you're working 24 hour days, 7 days a week, then yeah you're doomed).

All it takes is careful planning, an iron will, and a consistent mind set. If you can conquer the above 5 that I mentioned. Then you can achieve any level of fitness you desire.
